INTERNATIONALLY RENOWNED
THE SURF REPORT
 PERTH   Metro

Saturday 27/08/16
Report filed: 7:30am

RECOMENDED BOARD FOR TODAY:
One from a West Australian company.

::  RADAR LOOP        ::  DOPPLER WIND RADAR

Fresh to strong W/NW winds. Waist to chest high slop odd shoulder high set on the beach breaks. Looking pretty rank with onshore winds getting into all locations and making a mess of things. The only gut having any fun is the bloke driving the tractor thing on the beach. Will will drop pretty quickly then swing into the S to SW direction by the arvo. Swell will kick, but will have a lot of S in it so hit and miss at some locations later
A shark WARNING/ADVICE has been issued for water users in the Northern suburbs of Perth Metropolitan area, for beaches, surf and dive spots between Hillarys Boat Harbour and Scarborough after an increased number of shark sightings in recent weeks
Rating: 1 out of 10.

RECOMENDED BOARD FOR TODAY:
One from a West Australian company.

::  RADAR LOOP        ::  DOPPLER WIND RADAR

Fresh to strong NW to W/NW winds. Onshore pus of around the waist to shoulder high mark on the small swell beach breaks. Not a lot on offer that will have you frothing with lumpy gey looking wind affected waves on offer. Not worth blowing your fuel or time on. Wind will drop through the day and establish itself into a S to SW direction by the arvo and yes the swell will come up, but will have a lot of S in it.
Rating: 1 out of 10.

 MARGARET RIVER   Metro

Saturday 27/08/16
Report filed: 7:30am

RECOMENDED BOARD FOR TODAY:
One from a West Australian company.

::  RADAR LOOP        ::  DOPPLER WIND RADAR

Fresh to strong W/SW winds. Mainbreak mush with wave heights anywhere between a lumpy three to six feet. Looking ugly with the onshore wind getting into. Swell will jump by this arvo, however a lot of S in the swell by then, so some of the bays and points will have some decent ones, while others wont.
Rating: 1 out of 10
