Luke Wyllie injured charging large Gnaraloo

Well know surfing and aviation identity Luke Wyllie is the latest victim of Gnaraloo fury while holidaying in our states North West with his wife and children.

The respected surf and keen fisherman was hospitalised with what could be a fractured neck, fractured ribs and some heavy duty cuts after the big wave charger had to be air lifted back to RPH for treatment.

From all reports Gnaraloo was pretty large with some huge steps through the Tombstones section where it is believed he came unstuck.

A keen and respected surfer and fisherman Wyllie is the owner and operator of Corsairaviation which operates out of Jandakot. Some of the worlds professional surfers and big wave chargers have utilised his skills and services to be flown to some of the states best big wave locations.
